Mark your calendars for our Saturday, April 30 Book Sale Fundraiser and Mixer at a private residence in Bethesda, Maryland!
A wide selection of gently used fiction and nonfiction books as well as vases and other antiques will be available for sale. Please bring cash or checks for payment. OUSDC member Oonagh McDonald, CBE, will be on hand to discuss and sign copies of her new book, Cryptocurrencies: Money, Trust, and Regulation, from 3 to 5 pm, and join us for complimentary beverages and Ukrainian snacks.
RSVP to learn the location of the sale, which benefits the OUSDC, an entirely self-funded and volunteer-run society created to bring Oxonians in the DMV together. Funds from this sale will help ensure that most of our events continue to be free of charge for you, our members. If you are attending the book sale and would like to bring along some books to donate, please let us know. We welcome your contributions and look forward to seeing you.
