About Our Speaker:

Dr. Oonagh McDonald CBE is an International Financial Regulatory expert, the former director of the Financial Services Authority, and is a former member of the British Parliament. McDonald was named a Commander of the British Empire (CBE) in 1998 for her services to business and financial regulation. She was a Gwilym Gibbon Research Fellow at Nuffield College, Oxford. McDonald is the author of many books including:
