Gather on Wednesday, June 5, 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm, at Halfsmoke for a Joint University of Oxford and Williams College Alumni Happy Hour!
Halfsmoke is a popular Shaw eatery known for its new and creative interpretation of the sausage (meat, veggie, and vegan) and its range of colorful drinks and fun desserts. We will meet on the patio where Happy Hour specials and some free appetizers will be offered.
Halfsmoke is in easy walking distance from Shaw Howard University and U-Street/African-American Civil War Memorial/Cardozo Green Line Metro Stations and Metrobus Route 90/92 (U-Street Garfield Line) stop out front. There are also several nearby parking garages on 8th Street and Florida Avenue.
