OUSDC Annual Holiday Dinner 2022

The biggest OUSDC event of the year is back! Join us on Friday, December 16, at the historic DACOR Beacon House in Washington, DC, for our annual Holiday Dinner. Get ready for a wonderful evening of mingling, learning, and culinary delights.

We are pleased to announce that this year’s speaker will be Joel Hellman (St. Antony’s College and Exeter College), the Dean of the Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University since 2015. An expert in governance, conflict, and the political economy of development around the world, Hellman previously spent 15 years at the World Bank, where his most recent post was as Chief Institutional Economist.

The festivities will begin at 6 p.m. with drinks at a cash bar and dinner will be served at 7 p.m. Evening wear is not required. Business or holiday attire welcome.

Register by December 2 to secure your Early Bird ticket at $135 per person. Ticket prices will increase to the regular price of $145 per person on December 3.

Keeping in mind the safety of the OUSDC community and the staff who will be making this evening possible, we strongly encourage that all those attending be vaccinated and tested for COVID-19 within 24 hours of the event start time.
